The Grateful Organic Diner is dedicated to bringing healthy organic food to the town of Marshall, NC. We use only organic or better than organic ingredients. ALL of our menu items except for our tofu, tempeh and cheeses are made in house. Yes, we even make our catsup, dressings, breads, pickles and our jams in house using only the finest ingredients.
The Grateful Organic Diner overlooks the French Broad River and is located just steps from the courthouse. We are right across the street from the old Marshall Jail, at 38 Bailey’s Branch Road.
